Lars Eller

Lars Eller is currently playing for the Washington Capitals and is one of my favourite players in the NHL due to his ability to be a strong 7th forward. He can fill in with the top 6, kill penalties, and moves quickly for a big man.
At this point, he's the only player that's every personalized something TTM for me. Also, I don't remember the dates, but this signature came back within 2-3 weeks. Fastest return I've ever had.

Tim Connolly

Tim Connolly is a retired player who played eleven seasons in the NHL for the New York Islanders, Buffalo Sabres, and Toronto Maple Leafs.

Dion Phaneuf

Dion Phaneuf currently plays for the Ottawa Senators.

Dion Phaneuf began his career as a young elite defender for the Calgary Flames. In a shocking trade, Calgary sent the young D-man to Toronto, where he would take over the captaincy and lead the Burke-era Toronto team to a string of disappointing and controversy filled years.

While I don't think Dion was ever put in a place to succeed with Toronto, he was underrated and a constant professional. A side story: I did have the opportunity to meet Dion in Tampa Bay years ago, and he took the time to chat with everyone. Was very kind and welcoming to the fans. The same could not be said for some of the other "stars" on the team during this gathering.

Now on Ottawa, Dion is slotted as a 3-4 defender, which is more suited to his skill set. Wishing Dion a lot of luck as Ottawa pushes for a post-season berth this year.

Justin Schultz

A few summers ago, Justin Schultz was one of the top young unrestricted free agents that there's ever been during the NHL cap-era.
Justin was a member of the NHL All Rookie team in his first year, but more impressively, collected his first Stanley Cup ring last season when Pittsburgh defeated San Jose.

Matt Frattin

Matt Frattin is currently an AHL player but had stints with the Toronto Maple Leafs team that took Boston to 7, and the LA Kings.
Matt was traded back to Toronto where he was a depth player, but excelled with the Toronto Marlies.

Brian Gionta

Brian Gionta is currently captain of the Buffalo Sabres. In 2002-2003, Brian won the Stanley Cup as a member of the New Jersey Devils, beating out the Anaheim Ducks for the prize.

David Clarkson

David Clarkson
Currently with the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Clarkson was once a feared player as a gritty, tenacious forward who had the ability to score 20+ a year. Toronto signed him to a monster deal and subsequently dealt him away for cap relief.
A year after the trade - David has reoccurring health problems and his career may sadly be over.

Carey Price

Currently with the Montreal Canadiens

Despite my dislike for Montreal, the team has some high calibre players, and they're among the top teams in the league at returning cards TTM. Case in point, the greatest player in the NHL, Carey Price has returned 4 of my cards over the years signed.

James van Riemsdyk

Currently with the Toronto Maple Leafs

Wait time: +365 days easily

JVR is a big power forward who is a strong player for the rebuilding Leafs. Nobody's as good as James in scoring goals into the upper half of the net from a foot out.

Luke Schenn is one of my favourite players in the league. He's a beast and he plays for the Leafs. What more can I say other than I thought this card wasn't coming back. I forgot to document when I got this back but I am certain it was over a year.

Rick Nash is a big power forward who is one of the league's most prolific goal scorers in one of the leagues smallest markets. Great to get a signature from one of the leagues best kept secrets.

Stamkos lit the league on fire in the 09-10 season by tying for the league lead by scoring 51 goals and 95 points as a 20 year old. Great for a superstar to sign TTM.

Kesler is a great leader for the Canucks, winning the team MVP (Cyclone Taylor Award) in the 08-09 season. Ryan is a great influence on the game with his gritty style and his point production.
